Our Jams

Locavore, artisanal, 100% gourmet jams made from saved fruit!

Originally served at breakfast in the guest house, our jams are (at the request of our gourmet customers!) are now also available to take home and get your day off to a good start… all year round!

With zero waste in mind, we give priority to ‘saved’ fruit for our jams: ugly fruit, surplus production, fruit from private gardens in Gaillac and the Tarn. All these fruits that would otherwise have been lost are now saved thanks to the jam basin, and the gourmets who eat them!
Picked when ripe, the fruit is sometimes chilled, but never frozen to retain all its flavour. I cook them in small quantities according to original recipes or recipes inspired by family traditions in my jam workshop at the Hôtel Particulier Delga

The fruit for our jams comes from the Tarn, although for certain blends (spices, passion fruit, ginger..) I have to source them from outside our beautiful department! The day passion fruit grows in the Tarn…

Our jams proudly bear the Saveur du Tarn label, which promotes Tarn production. Cocorico!

Our jams are made in small batches in a large traditional vat, a traditional know-how that I’m keen to preserve and which produces bright, authentic flavours that will make your taste buds dance. From traditional recipes to surprising blends, each jar of jam is a little feast in itself, full of flavour, passion and fruity adventure.
