Since 2014, the Hôtel Particulier Delga has been transformed into a guest house with 5 rooms open to travellers. It welcomes guests in a timeless setting, revealing its ceremonial hallway paved with rough marble, its majestic wooden staircase, its arched wine storehouse, its high ceilings, its intimate courtyard, its tiled swimming pool heated in season… You can feel the atmosphere of a grand old house while enjoying all the contemporary comforts (Air conditioning, Ventilation, …).
Built several centuries ago, the Hôtel Particulier Delga is located in the heart of Gaillac on its namesake street, rue des Frères Delga. It allows you to live and move around on foot like any urban Gaillacois: to go to the market, to wander through the old streets, to go to shows, to experience the “south-west”!

By car
One thing’s for sure: the Hôtel Particulier Delga is located on the street of the same name, Rue des Frères Delga, in the heart of Gaillac. While old streets have a timeless charm, they can sometimes be confusing when it comes to finding an address. So don’t hesitate to use a GPS to access the free car park next to the Hôtel Particulier. You’ll be there in just a few minutes.
Gaillac is easily reached by road via the A68 motorway between Toulouse and Albi.
By train
It’s just as easy to get to Gaillac by train, with numerous connections to Toulouse-Matabiau, Albi, Figeac and Rodez.
By plane
Toulouse-Blagnac airport is less than 45 minutes away by car. Many countries have direct flights to Toulouse: Switzerland, Canada, Spain, England, the Netherlands, etc.
In her workshop, Emilie makes a variety of jams that change with the seasons. She respects the jam-making tradition, while adding subtle, refreshing notes that will delight the palates of even the most demanding gourmets. To guarantee the quality of her products, she carefully selects local producers, giving priority to organic fruit. And to brighten up your taste buds even more, you can even pick up some of the ingredients directly from the courtyard of the Hôtel Particulier!

An expatriate in France for many years, Emilie is now an authentic Frenchwoman from the south-west. Even so, you’ll quickly recognise her little Canadian accent.
Curious about this culturally rich wine region and passionate about its ancient heritage, she fell under the spell of the Hôtel particulier Delga, a unique place of exchange, welcome and history.
Émilie will be delighted to welcome you to her home in a warm, friendly and serene atmosphere. From the delicious smell of freshly-cooked sweets in the morning to anecdotes told over a cup of gourmet coffee, she will make your stay a soothing and rejuvenating interlude
