The Hôtel Delga has changed hands! Following in Marie’s footsteps, Emilie and her family are taking over. Full of enthusiasm, Emilie and her family look forward to welcoming you and sharing with you all the simple pleasures that make up Gaillac’s gentle way of life.

Born in Montreal, Quebec, Emilie has been living in the Tarn for the last ten years. The links between these two regions are so strong: the gentle way of life, the tradition of hospitality, authenticity, gourmet delights, and so much more.

The authentic rooms in this characterful guest house have been tastefully decorated.

The energy for new projects is there! Symbolically, it starts with this new website. Other new features are in the pipeline, but we won’t tell you more about them just yet. Surprise, surprise!
